- The ability to check if an item is in stock...in real time !
- If item isn't in stock, when it will be available
- View alternative items (if available) if the item you're looking for isn't in stock
- Current pricing (including promotional prices)
- Check Backorder/Special order status
- View invoice history
- Check account balance
- Receive automated emails with tracking numbers to confirm the shipment of orders
