We are pleased to announce another great service being extended to all ESSCO customers.
Customers can now receive automated information on their order status. Whether your order is placed online or by telephone, we will now automatically send an email with the invoice number, amount of invoice and UPS/FedEx tracking information. This service is available to all customers who have a valid email address on file with us. If you're not receiving order status emails and would like to, please contact us to make sure we have a current email address associated with your account. ESSCO respects your privacy and will never disclose your email address to a third party. We only use email address for emailing tracking information and sending appropriate business communications.
