UPS

UPS services across the Central and Eastern United States have been impacted by severe weather. While UPS facilities are providing pickup and delivery services as conditions permit, some delays are possible.

Additional disruptions in our air network are expected due to severe winter conditions affecting our Louisville, KY Worldport operations, UPS’s main air hub in the United States.  Although your location may not be impacted by adverse weather, the movement of packages in the network may be delayed by conditions in other areas.

We will work to ensure the safety of our employees while minimizing effects on service. Contingency plans are in place to help ensure that shipments arrive at their final destinations as quickly as possible.

Track your package for the status of your shipment and continue to check ups.com for the latest information on service delays.

Note that the UPS Service Guarantee does not apply to shipments affected.
